Summer, Sandals and FEET!: An Honest Review of TriDerma MD Foot Cream

Written by Lee

I haven't done a review in a while.  Mainly because it's not really what we do around here at MWOB. We have so many other things to accomplish like figure out how to make friends in 60 seconds, ponder whether we're ready to start wearing thong underwear again, and analyze whether or not we could be considered a "MILF."

BUT.......

...when MomFuse contacted me to see if I would try out some foot cream that might very well get my lame feet into sandal-wearing shape for summertime, I was all. over. it.

I repeat.   ALL. OVER. IT.

I say this so emphatically because my feet suck.  They unequivocally suck.  I wear my shoes hard.  I walk hard. My feet are super dry.  They crack.  And well, I'm old.  Kinda.

So my feet need all the help they can get.

And it's not like I haven't tried to find the perfect product for my feet before.  Oh, I have. On my bedside table sits a sampling of just some of the products I have tried but really have done not much to the state of my soles.  It's not like one or the other has done nothing, it's just that NONE has turned out to the be "The One."  The answer to my prayers.  You know?

But I'm gonna be honest here, like I always am.  I really truly think I have found "The One."   Really.  Truly.

There's a lot of chatter going on around the internets about reviews and transparency and honesty and disclosure and well, the situation has seemed a tad tense in recent days.  So to be super-duper clear....I got this foot cream to try for free.  A whole whopping $15.99 tube of foot cream.  But for all who have read my reviews in the past, you know I tell it like it is.  The good and not so good.  I am not swayed by an almost $16 tube of free cream.  I will not sell my soul for that. Not worth it.  Something bigger and better, sure.  I might consider dancing with the devil. But not for this. (I hope you know I'm joking about that.)

Back to "The One".

This feet-saving product called "Baby Feet for Her" has been launched to the public within the last couple of months by a company called Triderma MD. Prior to the public release, the products were sold exclusively through doctor's offices and medical day spas.

The company says that one of the reasons their products kick some serious booty (okay, those are my words) is that "At the heart of each formula in the line is a proprietary complex of aloe called AP4 Genuine Virgin Organic Aloe which contains over 200 natural healing properties."

AP4 or AP40000, whatever the case, this stuff works!

I started putting the recommended daily dose on my feet one to two times a day for the last two weeks.  And my feet are in MUCH better shape than when I started. Not perfect. Not exactly "baby feet" but a real marked improvement. I should have taken before and after pictures but really I'm too lazy to do that and I was too scared to show you what my feet looked like before.

So you'll just have to trust me.

What I love the most is that this cream is not greasy or lotiony.  It is the ONLY, I repeat, ONLY, foot creme I have used where I can put it on in the morning before putting on my shoes, sandals, whatever and it's totally cool.  It leaves a very smooth, silky feeling on my feet without being greasy at all.  I don't feel like I'm leaving some gross residue on my shoes, socks, whatever. The other foot lotions I have tried I have only been able to put on at night and sleep with like, socks on.  I know, how friggin' sexay is that??

Now I can ditch the socks, just rub some of this delightful "Baby Feet for Her" on my scaly heels, and all is well.

Two weeks after I started using this product, I am hooked.

Only problem?

I want more.  The tube ran out in TWO WEEKS.  The tube only holds 2.0 oz. of cream! Whaa??? Not enough TriDerma, MD!  I was told this is the only size available and it's simply not enough. Not just for the price, but for the hassle of running out and having to keep ordering this stuff or having to run out and get it.

Now "TriDerma MD Baby Feet for Her" is sold at Target, CVS and through the TriDerma MD website so it's all pretty accessible but really, the company needs to put more of this yummy stuff in a bigger tube.  Period.  End of story.

But if you want a two-week dose of some kick-ass foot creme which will definitely get your scaly, cracked, dry feet headed in the right direction for summer, check this stuff out.

Your cutie summer sandals will be oh, so thankful.

  3. Virgin organic? That is some seriously PURE aloe.

I'll defintely try this out. I'm tired of sanding my feet and covering them in vaseline and a pair of socks before I go to bed.
