I had no intention of posting today but a quick morning check-in on twitter got me following a tweet from a chick I really dig and it led me to this little gem that made me smile and get a little teary and well, now I want to pass it on to you. I kinda needed to hear the message today as I, for one, know all too well what it's like to be too hard on myself. And I'm betting you might be too hard on yourself too.
